2. Eligibility and accounts

  • Customers using the Website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a user of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.
  • You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, including your name, phone number, email and delivery address.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at 5% is added to the order total (products and shipping) at checkout. The total amount payable, including shipping and VAT, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Our products are sourced from and dispatched by our supply partners in Egypt, Turkey and China and delivered to customers in the United Arab Emirates and worldwide.
  • We make every effort to display products, colours and specifications accurately. Images are for illustration and minor differences may occur.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and issue a full refund for that item.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected, the delivery address is in a country we cannot ship to, or the product is unavailable. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. Where offered, you may also choose cash on delivery.
  • If you make a payment for our products on the Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. We do not store your card details.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the Website policies and rules.
  • Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement, for example when an order contains items dispatched from different countries.
  • We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your card issuer or bank, such as foreign transaction fees.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Arab Emirates and to most countries worldwide, except countries subject to sanctions. Delivery times, charges and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment, except for cash on delivery orders, which are refunded by bank transfer.

8. Sanctions

Labieh Shop will not trade with or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries or persons in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Labieh Shop name, logo, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Labieh Shop and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Labieh Shop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

The Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

13. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
