We want you to be happy with your purchase from labeihshop.ae. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Order cancellation

  • You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@labeihshop.ae with your order number. You will receive a full refund.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under the conditions below.

2. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals and free gifts;
  • you provide the order number or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect: personal care and hygiene products, underwear and swimwear, items with broken seals, perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable or software products, and items marked as final sale or made to order.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges paid.

4. How to return an item

  1. Email info@labeihshop.ae with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. We will confirm whether the return is approved and send you the return instructions and a return address or pickup arrangement.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over or send it as instructed.

    4. For returns that are not due to our error (for example, change of mind), the return shipping cost is paid by the customer and may be deducted from the refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable in this case.

    5. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved. Inspection is completed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment:
      • Card payments: refunded to the same card used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement.
      • Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to an account in the customer’s name.
    • Refunds are made in UAE Dirhams (AED). We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

    6. Exchanges

    If you want a different size, colour or model, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order. For faulty or incorrect items, we will send a replacement where stock is available.

    7. Your statutory rights

    This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
